NOTE: With us you cannot return for free; the costs of return are borne by the buyer.

Return

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, that is possible. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you have the option of returning them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all parts and packaging exactly as you received it.
Breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
The product turns out to be defective immediately after receipt.
We are entitled to collect shipping costs from the customer.
A return is processed by us within 7 working days of receipt, and if the conditions are met, the return is officially recognized within this period.
*We reserve the right to reject returned goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of ours. **Since the costs of returns with us are borne by the buyer, we cannot create return labels for you. In the event of a defect or shortage immediately after receipt, we will therefore send you a new item free of charge.

Reason for return request
Image of the product in case of breakage
First name + last name of the customer
Customer's address
We will then contact you and give you the return address. Never send the return package directly to the sender! You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal act for purposes not mainly connected with his or her commercial or professional activity:

A. CANCELLATION TERMS

Right of withdrawal The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier received or accepted the last goods. As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until the delivery has taken place, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Bellavie, by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The cancellation is complete when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Return en route

As our items are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the items and then send them back to us. You can of course inform us in advance and notify us of your cancellation. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping label as confirmation.

Consequences of regret

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us); without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. We use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will any fees be charged for this refund.
